1940-46 Chicago Bears

1940-46 added additional combos with PAB pants (orange belts) with stripes that stop short of the top of the waistline.

Widened middle orange stripe on all 1941-46 white pants.

1940 numbers on white jerseys are thinner.

1941-42 jerseys have numbers higher on chest and extremely tall back numbers.

1943-44 jerseys have numbers higher on chest and back numbers not quite as tall as 1941-42.

1945 jerseys have numbers higher on chest and back numbers not quite as tall as 1943-44.

1946 navy jerseys have front numbers in center of the chest and back numbers are normal sized but high on back.

1946 orange preseason only jerseys have non-serif 1s.
