On the throwback uniforms only for these years. Changed the NOBs to TONOBs (thinly outlined NOBs). 2002s had PABs (Peek-A-Boo Belts), 2009 had regular white belts (non-PAB) instead of red, and 2010 and 2011 went back to the [dreaded] PABs.
