Added red jersey combo without TV numbers for 1958 preseason only
Altered 'gold' pants for 1957-58 based on the attached color photo from 1957 (same pants); SF was in white pants previous to 1957 and changed from 'gold' to silver in 1959.
No additional changes to 1957 will be needed for the preseason as we have already documented the '1957 preseason only' combo.
Changed the font of the 1s by changing top to a curve-top
